The Vice President of Nigeria, Yemi Osinbajo finally apologized to all Nigerians. After he posted his apology on the official Twitter account, he told Nigerians of the progress they have made regarding the #EndSARS protest
He assured Nigerians that the Federal Government is aware of their plight, and they are working with all the necessary authorities to ensure that, they bring the right change that the people are yearning for.

Prof Yemi Osinbajo was blasted by so many Nigerian youths for keeping quiet for a long while, before finally speaking up. Aisha Yesufu, one of the great pioneers of the #EndSARS movement replied Prof Yemi Osinbajo on her official Twitter account, as she expressed displeasure regarding what the vice-president said:
She told the vice president, that he kept quiet all this while and watched how innocent Nigerians are being killed, and he did nothing. She also illustrated how soldiers and police were attacking and killing innocent protesters right in front of the National Assembly, and he still kept Mute.
