The sensational singer, Burna Boy’s recent album (African Giant) has earned him global recognition. He was announced as the winner of the Best International Act category at the 2019 edition of BET Awards. He was also a nominee at the 2020 Grammy Awards.

Burna Boy has demonstrated that he is a hard worker. And he never fails to reward himself for his hard work. Typically, such rewards come in the form of choice cars.

The 28-year-old is an exotic car lover. According to the award-winning musician, he bought his first car at the age of 17. It was a Range Rover. Interestingly, he had the car for only 2 days before it was confiscated by the police. According to him, he lost the car to the police because “I was a wild kid”.

Oct 27, 2017, Burna Boy flaunted his new car on his Instagram story. It was a Bentley Continental GT.

With a blunt in between his fingers and his thumb and another finger holding his whip’s remote keys, the singer demonstrated that he is proud of his new auto purchase.

The Bentley Continental GT is manufactured and marketed by British automaker Bentley Motors since 2003.

It was the first car released by Bentley under Volkswagen AG management, after the company’s acquisition in 1998, and the first Bentley to employ mass production manufacturing techniques.

Range Rover Autobiography SUV

A Range Rover Autobiography is also in the car collection of the “Run My Race” crooner.

On Sunday, December 23, 2018, the singer took to his Instagram page to announce the new car. It was a Christmas gift to himself.

Sadly, barely 10 months after the car was acquired the Range Rover Autobiography SUV caught fire. The incident occurred along Lekki-Epe Expressway in Lagos. Thankfully, the star singer was not in the car when the incident occurred.

According to reports, good Samaritans aided in extinguishing the fire before it did much damage. His dad later arrived at the scene of the incident to assess the situation.

 

2013 Ferrari 458 Italia

The Grammy Awards nominee also owns a 2013 Ferrari 458 Italia.

The artiste, whose father managed a welding company and his mother worked as a translator, acquired the sports car in early December 2019. He made the announcement on social media.

The “Africa Giant” reportedly acquired the matte grey Ferrari as an early Christmas present to himself.

He posted the video of the car which went viral on social media.

 

Rolls-Royce Dawn Convertible

A Rolls-Royce Dawn Convertible is the latest automobile acquisition of Burna.

The Port Harcourt, Nigeria-born musician acquired the ₦200 million Rolls-Royce Dawn Convertible last December 2019. According to him, he acquired it to celebrate a successful 2019.

Burna took delivery of the Rolls-Royce Dawn just days after he took delivery of the Ferrari 458 Italia.

The car was reported to cost the artiste a whopping ₦200 million.

The Dawn convertible is one of four models in the current Rolls-Royce line-ups. Other models includes the top of the range Phantom, the Ghost and the Wraith.
